All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. A booking confirmation will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS once the payment is successfully received.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are based on current hotel tariffs, transportation charges, taxes, and availability.
UnderSky Tour & Travels reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in government taxes, fuel costs, hotel tariffs, transportation charges, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Payments can be made through Bank Transfer, UPI, Cash, or other approved payment methods.
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any applicable bank transaction or payment gateway charges shall be borne by the customer.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Certain services, including flight tickets, train tickets, Gondola tickets, permits, visas, adventure activities, and special hotel bookings, may be non-refundable as per the respective service provider’s policy.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification and any other required travel documents or permits during the tour.
UnderSky Tour & Travels shall not be held responsible for denied entry or interruption of travel due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
While every effort is made to follow the planned itinerary, UnderSky Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify routes, sightseeing schedules, accommodations, or transportation due to weather conditions, road closures, operational requirements, safety concerns, government regulations, or any unforeseen circumstances.
No compensation shall be payable for such modifications.
UnderSky Tour & Travels acts only as a booking intermediary for hotels, transport operators, airlines, and other service providers.
We shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, theft, damage, delay, cancellation, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events, including natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Participation in adventure or outdoor activities is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct throughout the journey and respect local laws, customs, and environmental guidelines.
UnderSky Tour & Travels reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of misconduct, illegal activities, or behavior that causes inconvenience to fellow travelers or service providers.
All content, including logos, photographs, graphics, text, itineraries, and website materials, is the exclusive property of UnderSky Tour & Travels and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Personal information collected from customers is handled securely and used solely for booking, communication, and service-related purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
