At UnderSky Tour & Travels, we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. We understand that travel plans may change, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, amendments, and refunds.

1. Booking Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details.

The date on which we receive the cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation before the scheduled departure date.

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost.
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost.

Cancellation charges may vary depending on the policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, or other service partners.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once confirmed:

• Flight Tickets
• Train Tickets
• Gondola Tickets
• Houseboat Reservations
• Hotel bookings under special offers
• Adventure activities
• Visa fees and permits
• Travel insurance
• Any other service specifically mentioned as non-refundable

4. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed after receiving confirmation from the respective hotels, airlines, transport operators, or other service providers.

Refunds will be credited using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

Any request to modify travel dates, itinerary, hotels, or transportation is subject to availability and approval.

Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes and the policies of the service providers.

6. Cancellation by UnderSky Tour & Travels

In the unlikely event that UnderSky Tour & Travels cancels a tour due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control, customers will be offered either:

• An alternative travel package of similar value, or
• A refund for the unused portion of the booking, subject to deductions imposed by third-party service providers.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation shall be provided for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Heavy snowfall or landslides
• Floods or earthquakes
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Road closures
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Airline or transport disruptions

8. Early Departure or Unused Services

No refund will be provided for any unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, hotel stays, transportation, or activities due to early departure, late arrival, illness, personal reasons, or failure to utilize booked services.
